The Live Room

- 500 Sq feet rehearsal and recording room (18ft X 30ft) with 18 foot high ceilings 

- Entrance on 1st floor opens to a mezzanine /balcony that overlooks the lower level

- Acoustically treated walls (curtains, custom sound absorbing panels) 

- Aerial silks / acro yoga rig installed on the ceiling

The Garden Oasis

- A 1450 Square foot multi-use outdoor garden area for holding events, parking, or taking a peaceful break during your recording session. 

- Featuring a 3 story high mural by artist Joshua Mays, and garage door mural by Pyramid Oracle
