About The Boom Room
Our Story
Since 2011, The Boom Room is a multi-purpose creative space in the heart of Fishtown, Philadelphia. We're a recording studio, rehearsal space, video production facility, and music school all under one roof.
Our professional recording studio is built for artists at every level. Whether you're tracking your first demo or finishing an album, we've got the gear, the acoustics, and the engineers to make it happen. We record everything from hip-hop to jazz to punk rock to gospel and everything in between.
Need a place to get loud? Our rehearsal room is fully equipped with amps, drums, and a PA system. Bands, solo artists, and ensembles all welcome. We also shoot music videos, podcasts, live sessions, interviews, and promotional content right here in the studio.
We offer private lessons. Our instructors are working musicians who know how to make lessons fun and productive. All ages and skill levels welcome.
